Classes are 45 mins long: 15 mins. of fun yoga exercises and games, 15 mins. of a related craft, and 15 mins. for snacks. Session are 4 weeks long. Drop-in also available.

Kid's Yoga: to have fun and to build a lifelong foundation for yoga. Toddler's and Kid's Yoga encourages children in:

  • Getting in touch with themselves and learning to trust their instincts
  • Learning about their bodies
  • Acknowledging and nurturing their special gifts and strengths
  • Experiencing fun, playfulness, and collaboration with others
  • Uncovering their innate sense of joy
  • And trusting in their own quiet, still place within, which is always there throughout changes, challenges, and confusion of growing up.

    Children absorb and process information through moving, seeing, listening, touching, and even singing. Using all of these senses, Yoga helps to develop every aspect of a child's mind, body and spirit. Teaching yoga techniques through repetition and step-by-step directions allows children the freedom to explore, imagine, have fun and build their foundation.
