Prenatal Yoga classes improve energy levels, flexibility, posture, and tranquility; as well as properly positioning the baby, releasing endorphins and liberating the instinctive process for birth. See the calendar section for current class schedule and locations. An hour of yoga is followed by 15 minutes of relaxation exercises, designed to prepare the mother-to-be for handling labor more confidently.
